Tips, Tricks & Testing!
I apply it in the morning and evening on my legs, starting from my ankles and then moving up. To promote circulation and drainage, I gently massage my legs while rubbing it in with circular movements! You can see some differents after a week! My skin looks smoother and better but the cellulite doesn’t disappear.
The packaging is not very handy. Because the product is quit liquid and the pump has a weird form, it’s not very easy to apply.
I’m a big fan of essential oils because with their senses they can also relieve your from stress and they hydrate our skin very well.
Next to this I did some research concerning cellulite. Massaging gives no significant effect (unless maybe you would massage your skin so hard, it would hurt a lot!!!) and most anti-cellulite creams give some benefits but are mostly tested in vitro! On top of that, the placebo effect is very big here!
So these product can help but don’t expect big wonders to happen! But always do look for a cream with caffeine in it! Furthermore my legs look better, so I keep smearing it 🙂 My search to a top anti cellulite cream continues!
