A healthy breakfast with Hip&Healthy and their super Granola!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. A breakfast needs to have some advantages:
– healthy
– low in carbs
– slow sugars that it gives me energy before lunch

I tried the granola from Sofie and Nora from Hip&Healthy. It contains a lot of nuts, so you have to be up for that. Next to that you will also find pieces of dates and seeds.

I always add a portion of fresh fruits (banana and apple) or frozen foods, like strawberries, blueberries,… It has been proven that these are as good as fresh fruits when it comes to vitamins and minerals, and these are a lot less expensive!
After that I add soy or almond milk or yogurt for a good, healthy breakfast.


I liked this granola very much. It also gave me energy until lunch. But again, you have to like nuts and dades, because it contains a lot of it. This also has its advantage because these give healthy fats and slow sugars. These also contain a lot of fibres, which promotes your transit!
Hopefully Hip&Healthy soon comes with a new granola variant to reach a larger amount of people.
